Each Town-supplied Collection Container shall be assigned to the property or Premises and not to the owner or occupant of the property or Premises. No Person who occupies any property or Premises to which a Collection Container has been assigned may remove the Collection Container from the assigned property or Premises for any reason. The Town shall not be responsible for damage or loss of a Collection Container, and in the event of damage other than ordinary wear and tear of such container, the Person who occupies the property or Premises to which a Collection Container has been assigned may be charged for such damage or loss, at the option of Director.
