Section 10-2-10 Dropping Litter from Aircraft
This section is included in your selections.
No person in any aircraft shall throw out, drop or deposit within the Town any litter, handbill or any other object. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (2021-29, Amended, 09/21/2021; 21-14, Amended, 09/21/2021)
