A. There shall be a minimum of one toilet provided on-site for every single-family residential construction project. When the same general contractor has two single-family residential construction projects on adjourning lots with the same street frontage, one toilet located as close as possible to the common property shall fulfill the requirements of this article for both sites.

B. When there is a nonsingle-family residential construction site, there shall be one toilet facility for every five thousand square feet of building area. Any fraction there of shall be rounded up to require the additional toilet facility.
