This Article is adopted to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community. Except as allowed by law for personal or private use, or as permitted under the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, the Town prohibits the consumption, cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, processing, sale or distribution, of marijuana or marijuana products in the Town. Nothing in this Article is intended to promote or condone the consumption, cultivation, extraction, manufacturing, processing, sale or distribution of marijuana or marijuana products in violation of any applicable law.
