Section 11-2-4 Marijuana Establishment Prohibited; Dual Licensee Exception

To the fullest extent allowable by law, the operation of a marijuana establishment is prohibited in the Town, except where authorized for a dual licensee who:
A. Operates both a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary and marijuana establishment cooperatively in a shared location; and
B. Has not forfeited or terminated the nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary registration from the Department. (20-25, Added, 10/20/2020)
