The permittee shall begin the work authorized by a permit issued pursuant to this article within 90 days from date of issuance, unless a different period is stated in the permit. If the work is not so begun, the permit shall be void. The permittee shall complete the work authorized by the permit within the time specified in the permit. Where an encroachment involves a permanent obstruction, the requirements of this article shall remain in effect until the obstruction is removed. (13-02, Amended, 04/18/2013)
