Any person aggrieved by the action of the Town Engineer under this article may appeal such decision to the Town Manager. The aggrieved person shall file a notice of appeal, in writing, with the Town Manager within seven days after final action by the Town Engineer. The Town Manager may affirm, modify or reverse the action of the Town Engineer from which the appeal is taken. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Town Manager may further appeal such decision to the Town Council. The aggrieved person shall file a notice of appeal, in writing, with the Town Clerk within seven days after final decision by the Town Manager. The Town Council may affirm, modify or reverse the action of the Town Manager for which the appeal is taken. (13-02, Amended, 04/18/2013)
