The administration of this chapter, including the duty of prescribing forms, is vested in the Town law enforcement agent or authorized designee. License and permit applications made pursuant to this chapter shall be submitted to the Town law enforcement agent or authorized designee, who shall have the authority to issue, deny or revoke a permit or license in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The Town law enforcement agent or authorized designee shall be responsible for review procedures, hearings or related activities provided for in this chapter. (06-14, Amended, 05/18/2006)
