Section 2-6-3 Time of Filing

A. Initiative petitions shall be filed at least 120 days prior to the election at which they are to be voted upon.
B. Referendum petitions shall be filed within the time period set forth in ARIZ. REV. STAT. §19-142, as amended. (12-08, Amended, 12/20/2012)
