The decision of the Board shall be final; provided, however, that any person aggrieved by a decision of the Board may, at any time within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Development Services Department, file a special action in the nature of certiorari with the Arizona Superior Court in and for Maricopa County for review of the Board’s decision. Allowance of the writ shall not stay proceedings upon the decision appealed from, unless the court shall grant a restraining order. (19-15, Added, 09/03/2019)
