Section 3-4-4 Sale, Lease or Disposal of Surplus or Obsolete Town or Personal Property

The Town shall have the right to sell, lease, exchange, donate or otherwise dispose of Town property in the Best Interests of the Town. The disposal of surplus or obsolete property shall be done in as competitive a manner as the Town Manager or authorized designee determines to be practicable. (13-04, Amended, 11/21/2013)
