Section 5-2-2 Associate Pro Tem Judge

The office of associate pro tem judge is hereby created. The associate pro tem judges shall be appointed by the presiding judge to serve at the pleasure of the presiding judge and to perform the duties of the presiding judge in the absence of the presiding judge. The associate pro tem judges may serve for such salary or other compensation as the council may determine. (02-03, Amended, 03/21/2002)
