Section 6-2-9 Violation; Classification; Dogs; Liability

A. Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of this article, or violates any of its provisions, is guilty of a class two misdemeanor.
B. Injury to any person or damage to any property by a dog while at large shall be the full responsibility of the dog owner or person responsible for the dog when such damages were inflicted. (18-05, Amended, 04/17/2018)
