A. The Finance Director shall be inspector of licenses and may designate, with approval of the Town Manager, such other assistant inspectors as may be required to enforce this Chapter 8.

B. Each assistant inspector shall report to the Finance Director the name of any Person or entity carrying on, transacting or practicing any trade, calling, profession or business within the Town without first having obtained a license as required by this Article. (16-01, Amended, 08/18/2016)
