Section 8-2-7 License Expiration; Nontransferability; Issuance and Renewal
This section is included in your selections.
A. Any license issued under this Article shall be valid only for the period set forth on the face of the license, which shall not exceed 90 days.
B. No license issued under this Article shall be transferable between persons.
C. No license shall be issued or renewed under this Article unless the licensee is in full compliance with all provisions of this Code at the time of renewal. (16-01, Amended, 08/18/2016)
