Section 20.2 Applicability

The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all development on property in the Town of Fountain Hills after December 1, 2006 that in any way threatens saguaro cacti protected by this Chapter or protected by an existing Saguaro Cactus Program or Saguaro Cactus Permit.
