A. Purpose. The purpose of Administrative Design Review is to protect public health, safety and general welfare of residential areas with significant amounts of Tract Housing and to preserve an enhance property values by promoting and maintaining a functional and aesthetic community character founded in the principles of sound site planning, urban design, architecture, landscape design and sensitivity to the desert environment.

B. Applicability. Administrative Design Review under this Chapter is required for all new Tract Housing construction.
